GATHERING OF THE SISTERS OF THE YOUNGER GENERATION IN VIC, Second day
27/06/2019
The day began with the early morning celebration of the Eucharist, prepared by the sisters of the province of Africa.

During two days Sr. Lola Arrieta, ccv, is accompanying us with the topic titled “There are many ways of being in a place” (taken from the Moradas written by St. Teresa of Jesus). This Tuesday we deeped together into our living attitude and about how to face the difficulties of the way and the mission to which Jesus calls us.

Through powerful and suggesting biblical images and texts, Lola helped us to discover our attitude according to our own growing process, identity and belongings. We discovered that we are fragilities, but God inhabits us.

With our eyes fixed in Jesus and his living attitude we guess new ways to embrace live in its whole density, to face conflicts and adversities, to inhabit our homes (our inside) and to go outside and announce the Good News to everyone.

By groups sharing and assembly moments we concreted some strategies that we need as generational group, such as the importance of intergenerational and intercultural dialogue. The Holy Spirit inspires and impulses us, though it´s achieved step by step, as fruit also of hard work and effort from our side.

Today we have the challenge of relight the common project to which we are convened  by Jesus: Inclusion: nobody may be excluded. Therefore we have to learn to live interdependent. We are on duty!
